Refund policy

At Vanitee, every product is made to order with care. We strive to deliver high-quality products, but in the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we're here to help.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • An unboxing video showing the package being opened
  • Clear photos of the product defect or issue
  • Photos of the original packaging and courier label

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Please note: Claims submitted after 7 days from delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


Exchanges & Returns

As all Vanitee products are printed on demand and made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preferences
  • Slight variations in color from what appears on screen

If you wish to order a different size, a new order will need to be placed.

We recommend carefully reviewing our size guide before placing your order.


Lost Packages

If your order is confirmed as lost during transit by the shipping carrier, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund once the shipment is officially marked as lost.
